Welcome to the Hostellerie du Grand Duc Restaurant.Sharing the same name as our hotel, it offers the same family atmosphere and the same outstanding service.

Here you will enjoy semi-gastronomic cuisine, where fresh, local, and seasonal products take center stage. The dishes created by our Chef are rooted in French tradition and given a touch of modernity, drawing on some Asian influences.

The restaurant is open during the same period as the hotel, from the beginning of April to the end of October. It is open from Monday to Sunday from 7:15 pm to 8:45 pm. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, you can have lunch there, from 12:15 pm to 1:30 pm.

Family-style and friendly cooking An experienced and passionate chef

Your Chef was immersed in the world of cooking at the age of two, watching her parents work. After completing her studies in this field, including a CAP (vocational certificate), a BEP (vocational studies diploma), a Bac Pro (professional baccalaureate) in Hospitality and Culinary Arts, and various internships, she spent a year working in Ireland.

In 1999, she returned to work with her parents at the Hostellerie du Grand Duc. Alongside them, she creates family-style cuisine that you won't soon forget!

Among the dishes you'll find on our menu, we offer a foie gras duo, gravlax or smoked salmon, a rib of beef, a monkfish and salmon duo on a bed of leek fondue, a pavlova with seasonal fruit, and much more. The menu changes regularly to offer you a constantly evolving experience. Complement your meal with a beverage: we offer local beers, cocktails, digestifs, and wines from the Aude and Pyrénées-Orientales regions.

In the dishes on our menu and the Chef's specialties, you'll find delicious mushrooms. They take center stage in the dishes offered at our restaurant, regardless of the season.

You'll have the pleasure of enjoying morels, porcini, chanterelles, and black trumpets, all foraged locally by your hosts.

Throughout the week and in every season, we offer business travelers a special evening meal package. This includes a dinner in our restaurant (starter, main course, dessert) and a breakfast.
