Your Chef was immersed in the world of cooking at the age of two, watching her parents work. After completing her studies in this field, including a CAP (vocational certificate), a BEP (vocational studies diploma), a Bac Pro (professional baccalaureate) in Hospitality and Culinary Arts, and various internships, she spent a year working in Ireland.
In 1999, she returned to work with her parents at the Hostellerie du Grand Duc. Alongside them, she creates family-style cuisine that you won't soon forget!
